ARTWORK 

Each piece is an original work of art, hand painted and signed by artist Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.). Slight variations should be expected, and paintings may vary as each piece of artwork is unique and not reproduced.

Each painting is limited edition, and may be discontinued at any given moment.

COLOR REPRESENTATION

Though we aim to show the paint colors as true to form as possible, there may be slight variations in color due to the nature of digital screens and monitors. If you are unsure about the paint color, please request a paint swatch. For paint swatches, please fill out the contact form [ limit three swatches per customer ].

PAYMENTS

We currently accept payments from all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free nationwide.

We are currently shipping domestically within the United States. For international order inquiries, please fill out the contact form.

Since each piece of artwork is painted to order, please expect up to two weeks + shipping time to receive your painting. If the painting should take longer, we will notify you with any possible delays.

Once your artwork has shipped, you will receiving tracking information via e-mail so that you can track your order.

We ship via primarily USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise indicated.

REFUNDS

We fully commit to providing each collector with a full and detailed visual description of the artwork. However, if you are displeased with your purchase, please email us at info@therechercheco.com. We’ll gladly offer you a store credit within 10 days of receipt of the artwork. Originals will have a 15% processing fee.

LOSSES & DAMAGES

If your works arrive damaged, please ensure to notify us within 14 days of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at info@therechercheco.com, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

OTHER

All images used are the sole property and copyright of Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.), and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.). All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright 'The Recherché Co', and may not be reused without permission.

All drawings, paintings are protected by the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property and belong to Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.). 
Do not to infringe the intellectual property rights relating to such elements and in particular to reproduce, display, modify, adapt, translate, extract and / or reuse a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part, to the excluding acts necessary for their normal and according to specifications.

Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.) owns her work reproduction rights. Any reproduction thereof is prohibited and constitutes an infringement to its detriment.

Any full or partial reproduction of a work of Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.) is strictly prohibited and may constitute unlawful reproduction of a work is liable to be prosecuted for counterfeiting by the rightholder in the work, cf. L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. 

The sale of a work does not transfer to its owner the right to reproduction and presentation of the work.

No right of exploitation and particularly any commercial use of the rights granted under Article 9 of the Intellectual Property shall be considered as reserved to Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.).

Any license a third party will be subject to prior negotiation and agreement with Vi Hoang (The Recherché Co.).
